spoiler free review: the 5th wave

“How do you rid the Earth of humans? Rid the humans of their humanity.”
The 5th wave tells the story of Cassie, Earth has been through a lot since the alien space ship appeared and not a lot of people are left on Eart. Now Cassie will have to survive on her own. But who can she trust when you don’t even know who is human and who is one of them...

I really liked this book, I think the story is quite  original; I have never read a book where aliens played such a huge role and yet you barely ever see one. Sometimes Cassie annoyed me a little, but not to the point where I didn’t like the book. The characters are well defeloped and I really liked that the story switches between characters so you really get to know them all, this made all the sides of the story a lot more clear. The story is a littke bit on the long/slow side but in the end it didn’t take me too long to finish the book. 

I would recommend reading it.
