milk and honey is a poetry book by Rupi Kaur. it's about survival and strength, it's about about love, pain, hurt, violence and loss.

I absolutely love Rupi's poetry, her writing is so beautiful, just amazing and I love how every chapter has a different theme. This makes every poem so unique and really ties everything together. I honestly don't have much to say; the writing is absolutely stunning and the poems are so deep and touching, just read it honestly.
